ABOUT ME

 

 

Hello my fellow friends and family! Some of you may know me or some of you may not but if you don't, well here is a little bit about myself! Well first off my name is Terrance Williams and I am a drummer and upcoming producer. I've been drumming since I was around 2 years old and producing for almost a year now. I was in the Marching, Jazz and Concert band when I was in High School and active in JROTC, both electives for four years straight. In JROTC, I became the Executive Officer (XO; Second in Command of the Battalion) my senior year and became Group/Section leader in the band. I received many awards such as the Louis Armstrong "All Around Jazz Award" and scholarship money from the band. In JROTC, I received the Veterans of Foreign Wars Award (VFW Award) and much much more. After I graduated from High School, I was accepted into Berklee College of Music and came out of my audition as one of the top ten musicians on percussion. But, sadly I had to stop right there because of the finances; however, I'm willing to push myself even harder so I can continue my music career and becoming an alumni from Berklee College of Music. In High School, I learned a little bit of Music theory, not everything but I have a good general idea of it and I can also read music. If you're wondering what other instruments I play..well I play keyboard, bass, organ, saxophone(still learning) and all around percussion whether it's concert music or for a gig performance!
